Our shop floor has poor network coverage. Does the mobile app still work?

Yes. The mobile app is a true native app, not a web wrapper. It keeps recent business data available when connectivity is poor, then refreshes and syncs after the network recovers. Login sessions are protected with Keychain storage and server-side authorization.

Is our data secure? Can other companies see it?

Absolutely not. AINK uses bank-grade encryption and strict tenant data isolation. Every company's data is completely independent — cross-tenant access is architecturally impossible. Data is automatically backed up to the cloud daily. If you prefer even more control, we also support private deployment on your own servers.

Are the AI features real or just marketing?

Is it iPhone only? Some of our staff use Android.

The iOS native app provides the primary experience, with weak-network cache, photo OCR, voice input, and core business operations. Subscription, recharge, support, and product information are handled on the website. A web management client and native Android app are planned for later versions.

Our workers aren't tech-savvy. Is it easy to learn?

That's exactly why AINK focuses on the mobile experience. Using a phone is far simpler than a desktop — snap a photo to enter a document, tap a few buttons to complete an approval. We provide training support, and most employees get comfortable within 2–3 days. The cache-aware design means simple, direct interactions — no page freezes or loading failures.
