Module Overview
The Production Management module is the core manufacturing module of AINK. The Neural Center AI acts as the "brain" of the shop floor, sensing equipment status, work order progress, and material consumption in real-time, automatically scheduling production resources and responding to anomalies. MPS (Master Production Schedule) and MRP (Material Requirements Planning) work in tandem to ensure capacity and material supply stay balanced. Scan and photo reporting free shop floor workers from manual data entry, while IQC/IPQC/FQC three-tier quality inspection covers incoming materials, in-process, and finished goods.
Neural Center AI
The Neural Center is the intelligent hub of the production floor. It receives real-time IoT data from equipment, work order progress events, quality inspection results, and material consumption data. Through AI model analysis, it automatically makes decisions: scheduling bottleneck processes, switching to backup production lines during equipment failures, and triggering emergency procurement when materials run short. All decisions and execution logs are fully traceable, and managers can monitor the Neural Center status from their mobile devices.
